Individual therapy – Individual support for your journey

Sometimes we find ourselves in situations where we can't move forward on our own—be it due to persistent stress, anxiety, depression, or personal challenges. In individual therapy, I support you with my experience as a psychological psychotherapist to work together toward your individual goals.

 

In a safe environment, we develop new perspectives and concrete strategies that will help you change stressful thoughts and behavioral patterns. My therapeutic approach is based on cognitive behavioral therapy, which offers scientifically sound methods to facilitate lasting change.

 

Every person is unique—and so I tailor therapy to your individual needs.

Due to current capacity, I am unfortunately unable to accept any new patients for individual therapy. My waiting list is already full, so I cannot accommodate any further requests at this time.
