Sometimes it feels like we face our challenges alone—but it doesn't have to be that way. In my behavioral therapy group sessions, you have the opportunity to work on your personal issues in a safe and respectful environment with 5–6 participants.

 

Group therapy offers many benefits: Not only will you learn new strategies for coping with your challenges, but you'll also benefit from the experiences and perspectives of others. Sharing in a group setting strengthens social skills, promotes self-confidence, and demonstrates that change is possible—and that you are not alone on this journey.

 

Whether it is anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues or interpersonal difficulties – in the group we develop new solutions together and support each other on the path to greater well-being.
